Here at Hilltop Animal Hospital, we always welcome new clients and patients to our full-service veterinary practice in Evergreen Park, IL.

We know you will be very happy with our services. Our veterinarians and staff are devoted to staying on top of the latest diagnostics, treatments, and wellness programs to maintain your pet’s optimal health. Let’s work together to keep your beloved furry friend happy and healthy!

While we are accepting new clients at this time, we do ask for a deposit for all new clients prior to the first exam with the doctor. This ensures us of your intentions to keep the appointment and helps keep down the number of no-shows. If you need to reschedule the appointment for any reason, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Once the deposit is received, we will text a link to fill out a new patient form. Please have all this information sent back including any necessary history before coming in for the exam to cut down on wait time while in the clinic.
